Reserve Deputy Sheriff Program
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Reserve Program allows qualified volunteers to serve as Reserve Deputy Sheriffs, assisting full-time deputies in patrol and special operations.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Colorado POST certification or ability to obtain it
- Minimum 16 hours per month commitment
- Pass background investigation, polygraph, and psychological evaluation
- Valid Colorado driver's license
